On behalf of the membership of the organizations of which I bear the honour of leadership, I welcome you to our site.

It has come to my attention that for some time Richard, Earl of Bradford (based in the UK) has regrettably made mention of our site (Peerage Conferred) on his own website "Fake Titles". I am also aware that this site contains several grossly inaccurate errors, in which he refuses to remove the untrue information which relates to ourselves, & also to my current serving Grand Secretary & predecessors, so in fact this is my purpose in addressing you to-day.

First, the noble lord states that in relation to one of my previous Grand-Secretaries, the names of Seán, Count Borelia and myself are merely "Marvellous Inventions" & "Cloaks behind which Douglas Henderson of British Columbia is hiding". I now state that Lord Seán & I are definitely two different people! Lord Seán is a blind gentleman with a Guide Dog called IMUS, aged 55 years & lives in Ontario.  He was my Grand Secretary & served for nearly 10yrs up until his resignation in 2008. 

I live 3,000 miles away in British Columbia. (As an aside I may mention that when Lord Seán was acting on his own behalf in a civil matter concerning human rights & employment law for blind persons before no less than the Federal Court of Canada. One of the Justices (His Lordship Mr. Justice Heald of his own opinion addressed him as "Sir Seán" during the hearing). The Case was heard in January 1996 in Ottawa & Sir Seán won the case.

Further, in his article, the Earl raises the accusation that "I purchased my title some time ago". It grieves me to reply that upon my oath I have never done such a thing & that the Barony & Principality were awarded for my services for the Patriarchate in the field of Diplomacy.

He also seeks to mention my current Grand-Secretary, the Dowager Duchess of Brownrigg, & his remarks & insinuations are  holy unjustified & without merit whatsoever!  She has worked tirelessly for the Principality over the last 10yrs & on an unpaid basis I may add!, in order to promote & excel the values of Chivalry & Nobility.  

Over the past decade we have exchanged protocols of recognition with various orders, polities and churches similar to treaties exchanged between Sovereign States.  In these protocols the two parties recognise each other's lineages, honours & traditions.  As well my right as an fons honorum  (Font of Honour) has also been recognised.

At this date we have over three hundred members throughout some 28 countries in the world. These members have demonstrated a continual effort towards Charitable & Scholarly works; I am very proud of these efforts and regard them as being true evidence of chivalry & noblesse.
